Vouchers can be purchased from our salon or on the website at Our Online Shop and can be sent out to you by post. Vouchers are non-refundable but can be exchanged for an alternative treatment to the same value or by paying the extra. Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.

All cancellations must be made a full 24 hours prior to the appointment due to high demand. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
